Copying Prohibited. The LICENSEE may not make copies of the PLC code or the Program Documentation, except one copy for backup security storage purposes. The LICENSEE will instruct its employees having access to the Mitchell Services logic not to copy or duplicate the Mitchell Services logic or make any disclosure with reference thereto or any components thereof to any third party.
